A pool is a big project, so we keep it clear from the first visit. Here is how a build goes with us.
Walk-through & estimate
We come out, look at how your yard sits and drains, and give you a straight estimate for the space you want.
Design & 3D rendering
We turn the yard into build plans and a 3D rendering, so you approve the layout and materials before we dig.
We build it in-house
Our own crew digs, sets the pool, and finishes the deck and landscaping. No subcontractors handed the keys.
The backyard is yours
We walk you through everything at hand-off and stay reachable when a question comes up down the road.

Derek Roher has been building pools since 1999 and started Complete Outdoor Living in 2008, so clients would have one team for the whole yard: pools, decking, hardscape, and landscaping.
We take your project from a dream to a drawing to a finished space your family and friends actually use. Because we do it all in-house, the same crew that draws your plan finishes it, and we stand behind the result.
